Application Process
The first step in our recruitment process is to find the right role for you. Read through our job vacancies ensuring you check that the job responsibilities are what you are looking for and that you meet the person specification detailed at the bottom of our job description documents.
If you have any queries about the role you are interested in, contact the named person on the job advert. We will be happy to answer any of your questions and also facilitate school visits for Teaching and Leadership roles.
Once you have found the right role for you, you must complete the application form found on our website. Please ensure you complete all sections including providing two references. Please note, we do not accept CVs.
Shortlisting

Shortlisting
Our Recruiting Managers will complete shortlisting based off the application form you have submitted. If your skills and experience meet the requirements we will be in contact with you. If you have not been shortlisted for the role, we will not contact you but we thank you for your application.
All of our vacancies will have closing dates on so you may not hear back about shortlisting until after the closing date. However, please note we do reserve the right to remove any advertised role early.
Interview
Stage 3
Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview. When attending your interview please bring with you your current (or expired) passport or a form of identification which is proof of your identity and proof of right to work in the UK. Please also bring with you any relevant qualification certificates for the position.
On arrival or prior to the interview you will be required to complete a self-disclosure form and provide social media account information in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education statutory guidance. Your social media information will be used to conduct online searches.
Our interview schedules change dependent on the role you have applied for but please prepare for a formal interview panel and usually a task related to your role. Teacher’s will be given information prior to the interview day to ensure you can prepare a lesson.
Outcome
Stage 4
Application Outcome
Following your interview, you will be contacted with the outcome. Any unsuccessful candidates are able to gain detailed feedback at request. Successful candidates will be offered a conditional offer of employment.
Successful candidates should now refer to their school contact for more details on their enrolment with the Trust.
If you are unsuccessful for any role please do not hesitate to apply for future roles with the Trust.
